Job Description:Main responsibilities of the position:Overses and managers all aspects of welding operations within a manufacturing facility. This role involves strategic planning, process optimizations, quality assurance, team leadership, and coordination with various departments to ensure efficient and high-quality welding processes.Responsible for driving continues improvement initiatives, maintaining industry and promoting a culture of safety among the welding team.Main Job-specific requirements/skills:English proficiencyExperience in welding operations, including various techniques and processes.Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing and developing teams.Excellent understanding of welding materials, equipment and industry standers.Knowledge of lean Manufactuing principles and continues improvement methodologies.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.If you are interested in an open position but feel you may not meet all the listed qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.Terex Overview:At Terex, we fully embrace the increasingly diverse world around us and strive to create an empowering and welcoming workplace culture.
