Booking Holdings (the holding behind Booking.com, the market leading online hotel reservation service in the world) is looking for a Team Lead Supplier Fraud to strengthen the Supplier Fraud management team. The goal of Supplier Fraud Operations is to proactively protect, prevent, detect and respond to supplier fraud threats. The team is responsible for managing supplier fraud across the business operations globally. Continuous improvement on detection and response capabilities is key. Supplier Fraud is part of the Security department within Technology. We are searching for a Team Lead Supplier Fraud who is highly motivated to manage the team. You will proactively manage and mitigate threats and will be focused on supporting the team to work on operations, innovation, adapt to change, and bringing fraud and risk management to the next level. You will work closely with the other Fraud Operations teams and business partners across the organization to deliver the best prevention, detection and response strategies while minimizing customer and partner impact. Key Responsibilities Operations management Own the end to end performance metrics of the Fraud Ops team Monitor and drive improvement of operational efficiency & excellence of the team Set operational goals for the team that align with company priorities Support analysts to develop and implement effective detection and prevention strategies to mitigate impact while ensuring appropriate balance between customer/partners experience, risk and operational costs Undertake strategic workload analysis and support the team to prioritize in a practical way based on impact and risk Take ownership of cross functional projects Conduct regular Risk Assessments of the Fraud operations team and highlight the identified risk to operations management Strategic prioritization Proactively identify issues, areas of enhancements which provide value added insights and lead strategic initiatives Collaborate with engineering and influence the product roadmap Act as an advisor to operational management and maintain focus on strategic priorities Inform operation managers on tactical and strategic topics.
