Job Responsibility Contact users through WhatsAPP and other means to add the contact information of VIP users of the platform Establish contact with VIP users and maintain engagement through continuous interaction, including but not limited to voice communication, daily chat, game interaction etc., to enhance VIP users' activity and loyalty. Responsible for the daily maintenance and tracking of VIP users, guiding users to be active and consume on the platform, and collecting and feeding back the needs of VIP users Efficiently implement service policies and processes for VIP users based on work requirements.
