We have been certified as a Great Place To Work®, and named one of BuiltIn's Best Places to Work for the sixth year in a row!As a crucial member of the expanding Revenue Operations Team, this role plays a pivotal part in supporting the deal creation process (quoting, amendments, modifications). As a trusted partner to revenue operations, accounting, and the entire GTM team, this individual serves as a subject matter expert and proactive contributor. You will gain invaluable experience by working alongside diverse teams and being instrumental in optimizing our revenue operations.Here's a closer look at this key role:
  • Be the Sales contact for cross-departmental inquiries about pricing, the CPQ quoting process, order form modifications, quoting edits, and other general inquiries.
  • Review and approve quotes to ensure that no products are being sold incorrectly, priced outside of the discount thresholds, and present/seek approvals from leadership teams (i.e, collaborate with Sales on non standard deal to present the reasons behind the discounts).
  • Drive compliance from Sales of quoting policies and procedures (i.e., discounting, non-standard terms).
  • Partner with Business Systems, Accounting, Professional Services, and GTM team to develop and maintain a scalable quoting infrastructure.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and guidance on quoting process / policies.
  • Be a key owner of completion on end of month, end of quarter, and end of year bookings and contracting.
  • Work with Order Management to ensure that deals can be booked in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Contract and customer research to drive a co-terming contract strategy
  • Ensure compliance with customer contracts tied to key business and legal policies.
  • Drive and define opportunities for automation in the quote to cash cycle.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required; Finance or Business Degree preferred
  • 2+ years Saas B2B, with minimum 1 year of sales operations focus
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Sharp attention to detail and accuracy, and a dedicated work-ethic
  • Strong critical thinking skills, innovative spirit, and creativity to design scalable processes
