We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Coordinator to join a leading manufacturer.The role of the sales co-ordinator will be to manage product orders and custom project orders for the complete range of the company's equipment, through the acknowledgement of orders received, applying for Export licences, liaison over delivery dates and organisation of worldwide shipments, ensuring all activities are undertaken to maximise levels of customer satisfaction and in strict compliance with export and other shipping regulations.The ideal candidate will have:Familiarity with ERP and CRM systemsSales order processing experienceExporting experience - worldwideUp-to-date knowledge of applying for export licencesIT literateThe position will be an 18 month fixed term contract for maternity cover with the possibility of going permanent.For more information or to apply please contact Alex Robertson at GTS
