About our clientOur client is an international hotel chain with a strong presence globally. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Chef for one of their hotel properties in South Korea. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in a similar capacity with luxury casino hotels or resorts, and fluent in Chinese/Korean and English.Job DescriptionThis position will report to the Hotel General Manager and manage the culinary team of over 200 chefs from outlet and functional kitchens.You will be responsible for the efficient running of the culinary department in line with the hotel brand's strategies and standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Executive Chef is responsible for managing the entire kitchen and culinary operations, in line with the outlet's operating concept and hotel brand standards. To lead yearly F&B budgeting and strategy for the culinary divisions while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.Qualification

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity with luxury casino hotels or resorts, or with large-scale F&B operations with over 10 outlets and Michelin-starred restaurants
College degree preferably specializing in hotel/ restaurant management or culinary arts
Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management, comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, and occupational health and safety standards
Fluent in Chinese/ Korean and English
Dynamic and strategic, hands-on, and strong leadership skills
