- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity with luxury casino hotels or resorts, or with large-scale F&B operations with over 10 outlets and Michelin-starred restaurants
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel/ restaurant management or culinary arts
- Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management, comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, and occupational health and safety standards
- Fluent in Chinese/ Korean and English
- Dynamic and strategic, hands-on, and strong leadership skills
