- Manage the implementation and adoption of new ERP & CRM solutions, driving successful integration with existing systems and processes
- Communicate with managements to understand business objectives, processes and requirements
- Develop or customize the reporting forms according to business requirement
- Conduct analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for ERP & CRM improvement
- Conduct IT audits on system administration, operations and processes, and to propose solutions based on the audits
- Plan and conduct routine reviews on system security logs and deliver management reports on IT security
- Provide guidance to managements on IT technical matters and best practices
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discpline
- 3 years of experience in IT project management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Financial and Inventory Control modules
- Familiarity with Technical Business Analysis to conceptualize software solutions is an advantage
