- Write and manage proposal baseline across an array of CRE topics, ensuring all content is updated and accurate for PI / Government proposals.
- Partner with the Proposal Content Director and work closely with the current PI / Government proposal management team to identify “best in class” writeups for consideration.
- Remain aligned with the sales organization to advocate and provide for their content needs.
- Execute the governance cadence, standard processes, and templates that have been established.
- Own the tagging, organizing, and publishing of content in our proposal management system.
- Interface and collaborate with other business units (Products, Marketing, Business Line Leads, Verticals, and support functions) on new product capabilities and other platform / service updates.
- Expert writer within the PI / Government and CRE industry with 6+ years of communications / writing experience and 2+ years of proposal management experience desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to clearly articulate integrated and complex solutions and value propositions.
- Ability to translate broad concepts and ideas into clear and logical communications.
- Flexibility and a proactive ability to work independently.
- High degree of energy, assertiveness, and creativity.
- Achievement in navigating through a complex, multi-faceted organization with multiple stakeholders and the ability to interface with senior management, functional departments.
- Unyielding attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
