- Sicherstellen, dass die Prozesse, Richtlinien und Standards mit der Controlling-Organisation der Betriebseinheit übereinstimmen.
- Eine transparente und zeitnahe Berichtsstruktur in den Ländern in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich vorantreiben.
- Zuweisung von Aufgaben aus der Controlling-Community von TK Elevator mit den länderspezifischen Systemen und Ressourcen abgleichen.
- Transparente Managementberichterstattung in Ihren Ländern sicherstellen, um Entscheidungsfindung zu unterstützen.
- Eine aktive Rolle bei der Unterstützung der Implementierung von IT-Systemen (SAP) in den jeweiligen Ländern übernehmen.
- An multilateralen Projekten im Market Cluster Greater Europe teilnehmen/leiten.
- Abfragen und Datenbanklösungen entwickeln, um Transparenz zu erreichen.
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis für Finanzmanagement und Controlling - Abschluss in Finanzen;
- Fähigkeit, Projekt-/virtuelle Teams zu leiten und transparent mit lokalem und regionalem Management zusammenzuarbeiten;
- Fähigkeit, sich schnell in die Produkte und Dienstleistungen des Unternehmens einzuarbeiten;
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis für Controlling-Standards;
- Gute Beziehungspflegefähigkeiten, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, in einem multikulturellen Umfeld zu arbeiten;
- Zwischenmenschliche, Verhandlungs- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten;
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil

- ensure the processes, policies and standards are aligned with Operating Unit controlling organization
- drive transparent and timely reporting structure in the countries in your scope of responsibility
- match given tasks from TK Elevator Controlling community with the country specific systems and resources
- ensure transparent Management reporting in your countries in order to support decision making
- take an active role in supporting implementing IT systems (SAP) in the respective countries
- participate in/lead multilateral projects in Market Cluster Greater Europe
- develop Query and Database solutions in order to achive transparency
- deep understanding of Financial Management and Controlling - Degree in Finance;
- ability to manage project/virtual teams & to work transparently with local and regional management;
- ability to quickly learn corporate products & services;
- deep understanding of controlling standards;
- good relationship management skills including ability to work in multi-cultural environment;
- ability to cope with today's ambiguity;
- interpersonal, negotiating, presenting
- very good English skills required. Proficiency in one or more Eastern European languages and in German are beneficial.
