Our Technology Intelligence & Performance team is currently seeking to employ a Data Analyst/ Data Migration Engineer for an outsourcing project in the Public Sector. The role in more details: Design database architecture and optimize performance Design and implement data migration strategies and plans Optimize and tune data migration processes for performance and efficiency Document data migration procedures and maintain data lineage records Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data migration Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process Perform data analysis and mapping to align data structures between source and target systems Conduct data validation and testing to ensure quality and accuracy Analyze queries, develop security protocols, and resolve problems Write complex queries for applications and business intelligence reporting Create complex functions and stored procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet business and technical requirements To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills) : A BSc degree in #InformationTechnology, #ComputerScience, #Engineering or other related field 3-5 years of working experience in #SQL and/or experience with database systems Knowledge of #ETL processes and data integration techniques Experience in data validation, cleansing, and testing for accuracy Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication and rapport building skills Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions An extremely high work ethic Motivation for career progression and development Military Obligations completed, if applicable What will we offer to you? ️ ️ Friendly and dynamic working environment Competitive remuneration Formal training and Professional Qualifications fully funded (eg.
