- Drive strategies and long-term vision of the TimberBase platform to build a best-in-class digital experience
- Work with management team to craft a short- and long-term product vision and convert it to an executable strategy
- Participate in market research, validation, and analysis to identify opportunities for new features and functionalities
- Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with internal teams throughout the process
- Develop and implement pipelines that extract, synthesize, and utilize data to scale quickly and efficiently
- Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user journey mapping, feature development, and user acceptance testing
- Partner with management team to identify key capabilities needed as well as potential issues
- Work with web development to prioritize and implement enhancements to the TimberBase platform
- Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
- Collaborate with marketing to develop positioning and messaging of the value proposition of the digital enhancements to ensure differentiation from competitors
- Integrate tech stack that includes the TimberBase platform, CRM software, and UFP business systems
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement
- Minimum of five years of experience in digital product management or similar role
- Experience in usability and customer-focused design
- Passion for building intuitive digital experiences to solve customer and business problems
- Experience with back-end and front-end programming languages such as Java, HTML, CSS
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new programs and explain them to others
- A track record of hitting objectives and embracing new challenges
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field
- Ability to travel
