Are you a skilled and experienced Java Programmer with a passion for microservices development?Our client is a well-known retail company seeking a talented and experienced System Analyst with hands-on experience in Java to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in system development, with HRIS-related system experience being a plus.Responsibilities:

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop system solutions
Prepare documentation such as functional specifications, system design, and test plans
Write and test code, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality coding standards
Enforce quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle
Provide technical support to ensure smooth system operation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
4+ years of experience in system development
Strong proficiency in Java programming language
Experience in developing HRIS-related systems is a plus
Familiarity with Spring Boot, Vaadin, Activiti, SQL & NoSQL DB, JUnit, Mockito
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
