The job entails spearheading global and local HR strategies, managing budgets, compensation and benefit, talent acquisition and retention, fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing the HR team in alignment with organisational objectives.

Lead global HR strategy implementation and local policy development.
Manage HR budget and optimise costs.
Design organisational structure aligned with business strategy.
Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development.
Foster Winning Culture through training and initiatives.
Oversee performance management and promote high performance.
Ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
Manage employee relations and ensure HR compliance.
Enhance employee engagement and communication channels.
Provide HR guidance to local leaders.
Develop HR team and coordinate administrative duties.
Perform other tasks as assigned

5+ years of HR management experience.
Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
Strong understanding of HR in manufacturing.
Proficiency in Vietnam Labor Law.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
