• Completed training in the field of mechanical engineering, toolmaking or similar
• Several years of professional experience in injection mold construction and/or injection mold design
• Project experience, experience in managing interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
• Experience in the planning and control of multi-stage manufacturing processes
• Experience in equipment construction
• Strong leadership personality with high social competence
• Willingness to travel, written and spoken English
