Our operations in over 60 countries around the world has helped us achieve our position as an innovation and sustainability leader with repeated recognitions by Forbes, Corporate Knights for clean capitalism and others.Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team as a Service Operations Excellence Specialist in Mexico City?Service Operations Excellence Specialist supports Maintenance Operations Excellence Manager and Maintenance operations management in the frontline to implement, ensure compliance and maintain the performance of end-to-end business processes and the supporting systems.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Responsible for using and analyzing KPIs to improve daily operations according to agreed focus areas.Identify and propose concrete improvement actions based on analysis.Support Maintenance Operations Excellence Manager and regional Maintenance Operations Managers in setting and following-up targets according to Field Operations Management Model.Train Supervisors and Maintenance Operations Managers in usage of maintenance tools and processes.Responsible for route optimization, capacity planning, maintenance profile optimization in the FL.Identify and collect potential improvement ideas and contribute to the future development plans of global methods.Hands-on support to new deployments, the implementation, utilization and constant. improvement of the KONE Way (KW) business processes and tools to become part of daily operations (e.g. MBM / DMP, FSM, MAP, Traction Control, operational reports, Supervisor Role and Mobility, 24/7 and VAS services, etc.)HIRING REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s or master's degree in business, engineering, statistics or similar area.At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.Good knowledge in statistics programs or software's.Intermediate level of English.Advanced MS Excel -skills.What can KONE offer you?We have the courage to hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because we believe diversity drives innovation:
