You will be part of an international team focused on creating our next generation Conversational AI platform, following an agile project development methodology and using English as the daily working language.Who are we looking for?
This is a full-time permanent position, joining our Barcelona office on a hybrid schedule.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Front-end Web Developer, also curious/interested in languages, NLP & (conversational) AI to join our international Products & Technology team.
You'll need to be an experienced UI Developer, keen to not only design, but solve UX challenges from specification through implementation. You should be comfortable with designing, but also with a full development lifecycle, largely in bringing to life a new React based web interface to complement the .NET desktop frontend, but also in creating additional React FEs and connectors as well as Web widgets.
Adjectives that apply to you: Experimental, Enthusiastic, Communicative, Thorough Technical Experience? 6+ years of software development experience, with excellent coding skills in React and Javascript ? A solid foundation in computer science, with varied experience;
? Knowledge of REST, JSON, HTTP;
? Comfortable with UNIX systems for tracing Backend issues;
? Groovy is a plus
? Strong analytic and problem-solving skills;
? An ability to dive into complex problems with a can-do attitude;
? A self-starter with ability to work collaboratively in a distributed development team.
? Excellent English, both written and spoken
? Previous experience and knowledge building bots is a strong plus
? Previous experience or strong interest in NLU, LLMs, Gen AI or machine learning is a plus
? Previous experience and knowledge with Contact Center Platforms (Genesys, AWS Connect, Nice, Five9, … ) and Contact Center RPAs, ….Wondering what you will be doing?
You will work within the platform development team, using English as your working language. You will be focusing mainly on:
? bringing to life a new React based web interface to complement the .NET desktop frontend
? the delivery of projects for connecting Teneo solutions with the outside worldWithin the team are platform developers, a dedicated QA team and a documentation coordinator, all of whom you will collaborate with.The day-to-day will be in squads to:
? Solve UX challenges from specification through implementation;
? Transforming functional requirements into production grade implementations
? Improving and enhancing existing software as well as creating entirely new features for the platform.
? Maintain the existing varied portfolio of connectors as well as analyse and present approaches / architectures for new ones.What do we offer?
