- Individualised Plans: Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to create and implement individualised behaviour intervention plans.
- Classroom Support: Provide direct support to teachers in managing challenging behaviours, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Data Collection: Maintain accurate records of behavioural data to monitor progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
- Crisis Intervention: Respond to and manage crisis situations effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of students and staff.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with school psychologists, special education teams, and other professionals to create a collaborative support network.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in behaviour analysis or a similar role in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of behavioural theories and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to the changing needs of students.
