Responsible for moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems and/or products to enhance quality performance.Key Responsibilities:GROW CAPABILITY: As a trainer to enable Capability development for Leaders and Practitioners and develop training content and deliver the trainings. Help set Continuous Improvement / Lean goals for Globally/ hubs and assist in leading the effort to achieve them.DELIVER & SUSTAIN RESULTS: Apply the Continuous Improvement / Lean methodology, develop a global plan and lead its execution – ultimately linked to the business strategy and results and closely aligned with the CBS priorities. Project management of identified Improvement activities and tracking and enabling delivery.DELIVER & GROW Cx LEADERSHIP & CULTURE: Design, Develop and Coach Cx Leadership Behaviors and in doing so support and develop a sustainable continuous improvement culture. Coaching leaders in Cx ways of working, developing in house capability and network of CI internally. Define the benefits tracking framework and mechanics and rollout for productivity improvements tracking.TOOLS EXPERT: Be able to lead Kaizens, VSM, rollout visual management, huddles, Cx room, RRCA, and others and deliver micro learning sessions for teams globally. This position is for a senior professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Program Management, who leads medium-sized programs. Develops program plans, schedules, and budgets. Supports strategic planning efforts, solutions for program problems, contract negotiations, and manages important vendors.Job Description· Leads medium size programs to ensure adherence to program plans, schedules and budgets for programs under his/her responsibility and recommends appropriate adjustments.· Manages important vendors and develops milestones, program plans, schedules and budgets for programs.· Consolidates and presents plans and progress reports.· Prepares and presents value-stream strategy, progress, and results.· Supports annual strategic planning efforts for the business.· Guides continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.· Identifies and reacts to program problems and supports solutions, such as allocation of resources and changing contractual specifications.· Supports the development of new business growth strategies.· Coordinates responses to customer action items.· Supervises the appropriate use of all resources allocated to the program to ensure efficient use of resources.· Participates in and leads the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, including coordinating preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operational budgets, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts to ensure legal compliance and to protect the organization's interests.Minimum Requirements
Requires advanced to expert knowledge obtained through advanced education, combined with experience
Substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems to make enhancements within job area
University Degree or equivalent
A minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience
