Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that align with the Key Stage 2 curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and share best practices to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Monitoring student progress and providing timely feedback to support their academic growth and development.
- Contributing to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Key Stage 2.
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
