Our ideal candidate will be passionate about data, have a track record of metrics implementation, simplifying processes, relationship management, and approach problems with data-driven decision making.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:London, GBRBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting operations/programs and using data and metrics to identify and implement improvements.
- Experience in working cross-functionally and cross-regions.
- Experience building key metrics to drive program strategy.
- Experience in qualityPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience leading process improvement ideas using Kaizen or similar mechanisms
- Six Sigma certification or experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience with digital video streaming
- Demonstrate critical and analytical thinking; Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems.
