  • Degree holder in hotel, catering or hospitality management
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Good selling and negotiation skills with sound and proven record of business contacts
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in Mandarin would be desirable
