You are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform data-driven decisions for digital touchpoints optimization and business growth.
- Implement website analytics tools and tracking mechanisms, in compliance with data privacy regulations
- Collect, clean, and analyze website traffic data, including user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs), using data analytics tools
- Identify trends and insights from website data to understand user journeys, content performance, and conversion rates.
- Generate clear and concise reports and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and other website optimization experiments to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies and a comprehensive roadmap to optimize conversion rates, prioritizing initiatives based on data insights and business impact.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (marketing, sales, development, product, IT teams…) to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Oversee SEO roadmap and measure performance of SEO and marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on the latest web analytics and CRO trends and best practices.
- Graduated from an engineering or business school.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in web analytics, conversion rate optimization or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data analytics tools.
- Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
- Experience in A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization methodologies.
- Experience with data visualization tools, Google Analytics, Piwik Pro, ContentSquare (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, organized, precise with a taste for detail
