- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, solutions, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets to increase the customer base and revenue.
- Identify and map potential customer pain points/needs/challenges and accurately positioning products, services, and solutions as a solution to them.
- Supports all accounts through the contract process along with addressing concerns and issues and prepares customers for events and manages customer expectations.
- Achieving revenue targets, proactively responding to inbound enquiries, and self-generated leads based on deep market and product understanding.
- Prepare sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management through weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
- Keep customer information/records up to date such as interactions, transactions, pipelines, new business account plans and records on the Informa CRM system.
- Ensures smooth hand off of new clients to existing Informa HIMSS Sales team members with the option of retaining select clients with VP of Sales approval.

- The role offers a base salary ranging from 90k to 100k, supplemented by a competitive commission structure.
