Looking for your next challenge in Customer Service? Busy and fast paced environment, full training on systems provided, work as part of a fund team!Responsibilities

Inbound and outbound telephone call handling
Processing orders through CRM Salesforce
Actioning and responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing customer orders accurately and to tight deadlines
Problem solving and handling queries in a professional and efficient manner
Day to day administration and customer service duties using software system

Key Criteria· Customer service driven and enthusiastic team player· CRM and database savvy – Salesforce skills a bonus!· Excellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement· FMCG or transport background highly regarded though not essential· Willingness to learn, achieve KPI’s and results driven· Highly self-motivated, excellent accuracy and attention to detail skills· Able to work full time hours with flexible rostered start times· Flexible, adaptable and keen to achieveLooking for a great place to work?
