- Assist with general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, such as student enrollment information and instructor schedules.
- Support appointment scheduling and coordination for instructors and students.
- Assist with billing and invoicing tasks, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Provide administrative support for marketing and promotional activities, including social media management and event coordination.
- Deliver excellent customer service to students and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of administrative processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with database management and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
