EYFS AND KS1 Primary Teacher – Waterlooville AreaPay- £130-215 (depending on experience)Hours - 8am – 3.30pm full-timeStart January 2025The Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school, located in the Waterlooville area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work, long-term, in a respected Primary School starting at the beginning of the academic year.Qualifications and Experience
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Early years and reception experience required.
  • Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable, showcasing a commitment to inclusive education practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to create dynamic and engaging lesson plans that captivate students and promote comprehensive understanding.
  • Advanced expertise or training in modern teaching techniques, improving the effectiveness of instructional delivery.
  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact on young people’s lives, inspiring and motivating them to achieve their full potential.
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities to ensure a well-structured and efficient classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a thoughtfully planned teaching curriculum aligned with key educational objectives.
  • Provide exceptional learning experiences for students, adhering to established quality standards.
  • Effectively manage challenging behavior, set clear expectations, and nurture each student’s potential.
  • Encourage punctuality, strong work habits, and productive home-learning routines among students.
  • Exhibit unwavering commitment and enthusiasm as an educator, inspiring and motivating students to excel academically and personally.
  • Create a curriculum that empowers students, fostering confidence, purpose, and a sense of self-agency.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development through research, mentoring, and coaching, while supporting others in their growth.
