South Tees Youth Justice Service are seeking to appoint an Education, Training and Employment (ETE) Specialist with the motivation and vision to join our team. You will have the drive and determination to contribute to the future development of STYJS, improving performance and ensuring quality in the delivery of our work.At South Tees YJS we believe that Education, Training and Employment are key factors in achieving positive outcomes for the young people we work with, and every young person has the right to receive the ETE opportunities that are relevant to them.We are looking for a suitably experienced and qualified ETE Specialist who can show the creativity and commitment to create opportunity and make a difference to the lives of young people. You should have experience of working with young people with complex needs and a proven ability to improve outcomes.
