Job Responsibility Responsible for full spectrums of human resource function including payroll, employee relations, recruitment, compensation & benefits and handling displinary issues. Implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures. Responsible for preparing HR reports and provide administrative support. Responsible for office maintenance, renovation and upkeep of the office facilities, equipment and assets. Establish and maintain appropriate filling and information flow systems. Any other ad hoc assignments from time to time. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's degree, Post graduate in Business administration, human resource or equivalent. At least 1 year working experience in related field is required for this position. Acknowledge of employment act and industrial relation matters. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and computer skill Excellent knowledge of MS Office (word & excel) is a must. Must be able to work with human resource software. Good analytical, problem solving, teamwork and managing skill. Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
