- Provide first and second line support for all business systems and IT related issues for both our head office and site based teams
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, business systems and network-related issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of computers, printers, and other hardware peripherals.
- Business Systems
- Support a pipeline of changes and updates for the EPOS system (Zonal)
- Develop and maintain an Order & Pay platform to support the business
- Maintain supplier catalogues and price list changes
- Support the stock management process
- Complete liquor recipe building alongside new menu campaigns
- Maintenance of all business systems, including customer feedback, employee training and engagement, property maintenance and reservations
- Ensure that routine website maintenance is completed, including the management of new menus and allergens
- User account management:
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Reset passwords and assist with account-related issues.
- Network support:
- Implement and support local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
- Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Maintain documentation:
- Document and update IT procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Keep track of hardware and software inventory.
- Provide training and guidance:
- Offer basic training to end-users on hardware and software usage.
- Educate users on best practices for data security and IT-related policies.
- Collaborate with the IT team:
- Work with other IT staff to resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IT projects.
- Experience as a IT & Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-oriented and patient when dealing with end-users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus.
