- Implement and manage a comprehensive material handling system at the project site.
- Coordinate logistics activities across all project disciplines.
- Liaise with subcontractors regarding material deliveries and ensure accuracy.
- Participate in material inspections during unloading and prepare discrepancy reports.
- Maintain accurate warehouse and asset registers as per established procedures.
- Develop and submit safety reports to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse management.
- Strong understanding of best practices for data management and inventory control.
- Proficiency in digital reporting tools (experience with project management software a plus).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret project documents and plans.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to work extended hours when necessary.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under pressure.
