In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking our customer's requests for activations, deactivations and registrations in all the necessary systems, providing five-star customer service.This is a customer facing role that has internal communications and coordination with many internal teams. As this role utilizes internal systems, the successful candidates will be fully trained for several months.Requirements

Excellent communications skills
Agility in problem solving
Teamwork
Ability to work to deadlines
Fluent in English

Great to have:

University degree; preferred in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting or Mathematics
