Paid Social Media ExecutiveFixed Term Contract until June 2025Location: Norwich and LondonSalary: National Circa £30k and London Circa £40kAs a part of the new Digital and Paid Marketing Team, we have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us as a Paid Social Media Executive reporting into the Social Media Lead.You’ll join a team of friendly and performance driven social media types who can turn results and insights into action.You’ll need to have demonstrable experience developing paid social programs that deliver business impact using best practice ad formats and creative to drive customer engagement and trading performance.A bit about the job:The Paid Social Media Executive will support the development and execution of paid social campaigns and capabilities to deliver business growth. You will be responsible for managing the optimisation of paid social activity, based on business outcomes, integrating with organic channel activity where appropriate. You will be confident to report on, analyse and optimise always on test & learn activity to drive cost efficiencies, gain actionable insights, and ensure optimal customer experiences.You’ll also contribute to the development of the social platform strategy – identifying new channel opportunities and platforms to drive growth.You will work with all Go to Market teams and relevant C&M functions to support delivery of business goals and Media outcomes including ensuring key stakeholders are informed on all paid social outcomes and be an active contributor within the social team, focused on effective collaboration with Organic Social colleagues, the wider Digital Marketing & Media teams, and wider CoE teams.Skills and experience we’re looking for:Proven paid social experience on multiple platforms, across various products, propositions and brands to deliver business growthExperience proactively managing, optimising and creating paid social campaigns, working with platform partners, creative agencies and media agencies to deliver best practiceExperience using 1st party data, audience development and targeting capabilities, and creative format testing to drive resultsAbility to partner with Media and Digital Marketing colleagues to develop a holistic approach to marketing programs and campaigns that support cross-channel experiences with experience using the Sprinklr platform is preferableExperience developing performance insights and results to showcase to wider business stakeholders to drive growth and buy-inWhat you’ll get for this role:Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
