Seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer with a specialization in Electric Vehicles (EVs) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the electronics systems and components used in electric vehicles. Your expertise will contribute to the advancement of EV technology and help shape the future of sustainable transportation.Responsibilities:1. Electronics System Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop the electronic systems for electric vehicles. This includes the selection and integration of components such as motor controllers, battery management systems (BMS), power electronics, inverters, and sensors.2. Circuit Design and Analysis: Create circuit designs and perform detailed analysis, simulations, and testing to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of electronic systems. Implement appropriate control algorithms and protective measures to enhance system performance and protect against faults.3. PCB Design and Layout: Design and optimize printed circuit boards (PCBs) for EV electronics systems, taking into consideration factors such as signal integrity, thermal management, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and manufacturability.4. System Integration: Work closely with mechanical engineers, firmware developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electronics systems into the overall vehicle architecture. Collaborate on system-level testing, validation, and debugging.5. Component Evaluation and Selection: Research, evaluate, and select electronic components, subsystems, and technologies that align with the project requirements and industry best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in EV electronics and contribute to technology roadmaps.6. Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for performance enhancement and efficiency improvement in electric vehicle electronics systems. Optimize power consumption, thermal management, and overall system reliability.7. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations in the design and implementation of EV electronics systems. Conduct safety analyses and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate mitigation measures.8. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, design guidelines, test procedures, and validation reports. Present project updates and findings to internal teams, stakeholders, and management.9. Collaborative Approach: Work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, contributing to the overall success of the EV engineering team. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in electronics design and development, with a focus on electric vehicles or automotive electronics.
Strong knowledge of power electronics, digital electronics, analog circuit design, and control systems.
Proficiency in using relevant design and simulation tools (e.g., Altium, LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink).
Familiarity with electric vehicle systems, including motor controllers, battery management systems (BMS), and powertrain electronics.
Experience with PCB design and layout, considering EMC, thermal management, and manufacturing constraints.
Knowledge of automotive standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61508, automotive EMC).
Ability to perform circuit analysis, simulations, and validation testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex electronic systems.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
