Job Description:Randox Laboratories is currently looking to recruit a Travel & Expenses Coordinator within our travel department at our Randox Science Park in Antrim.The Role:
  • To coordinate and book all travel requirements worldwide and process expense claims in accordance with company travel policy, guidelines and procedures.
  • This will include booking all elements of business travel required in accordance with company travel procedures and budgets, liaising with suppliers, sourcing competitive quotes, answering travel related queries and processing expense claims in a timely manner.
  • Providing cover outside of office hours on a rotational basis for any travel emergencies which may arise.
The Candidate
Essential
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English Language (Grades A-C)
  • Previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. An eye for detail and the ability to prioritise work in a logical fashion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically.
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc).
Desirable
  • Previous experience of booking business travel requirements.
  • Fluency in another language
  • Third level qualification
