- Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to develop, launch, and monitor digital marketing campaigns for online donations, fundraisers, and followers.
- Innovate strategies to optimise digital marketing campaigns through creative testing and audience targeting.
- Support the development and execution of major digital fundraising campaigns, both independently and as part of integrated activities.
- Work closely with Senior Management to recruit and engage fundraisers and event participants effectively.
- Create and distribute diverse digital communications (e-newsletters, email appeals, social media campaigns) to engage and retain donors.
- Lead segmentation and penalisation of digital communications for various audiences.
- Identify opportunities to enhance supporter experiences through tailored digital communications while taking a leading role in brand-led campaigns to expand the organisation's audience and supporter base.
- Monitor and report on monthly giving donor metrics, including attrition rates and retention drivers.
- Manage activities across channels to acquire new monthly donors, with a focus on digital recruitment.
- Oversee donor care processes, including donation processing, acknowledgement letters, and data management.
- Oversee the development, management, and timely delivery of new campaigns, including content sourcing, data management, and reporting on performance and analysis.
- Provide comprehensive support to colleagues regarding fundraising income and analysis, including developing work-plans, finance reports, and managing administrative and financial processes for reconciliation, thank you letters, banking, and record keeping.
- Manage key steps of major campaigns to ensure on time delivery including the processing of all Grant and Fund Applications from beginning to end.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing with a substantial focus on Digital Marketing coursework is essential.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in roles involving Digital Marketing, Communications, or Fundraising – essential.
- Proficiency in design with a keen ability to create engaging social media visuals.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong planning capabilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously, proactively identifying opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Sound comprehension of social media Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and their alignment with digital marketing goals.
- Proficient in Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube with a deep understanding of these platforms.
- Well-versed in digital marketing tools and techniques, capable of managing diverse audience engagement.
- Ability to simplify BITCI offerings online and enhance brand visibility.
- Successful history in promoting and elevating brands through online channels.
- Strong project management acumen, adept at managing multiple projects and allocating resources efficiently.
- Full license with access to own vehicle - essential.
