  • Guide clients through the healthcare enrollment process.
  • Provide detailed explanations of available benefit plans and options.
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate healthcare coverage based on their needs.
Client Communication:
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide timely and accurate information.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of client information.
  • Record client interactions and update relevant databases.
Bilingual Support (Preferred):
  • Utilize bilingual skills in Spanish to assist Spanish-speaking clients effectively.
  • Translate and explain healthcare-related information to clients.
Compliance:
  • Stay informed about healthcare regulations and enrollment guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
Problem Resolution:
  • Identify and resolve issues related to the enrollment process promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in healthcare enrollment or a related field is required.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
