- Market Watch: Look into the market trends, regulation and competition in our countries and anticipate impacts for Qonto.
- Strat Plan and Go-to-Market Strategy per country: Contribute to Qonto global Strategic Plan exercise and define and refresh the Go-to-Market strategies per country in collaboration with the Country Manager and their teams.
- Strategic Projects coordination: Drive and coordinate some key strategic projects for countries, helping them meet and exceed their OKRs.
- Be the trusted partner of two Country Managers, working in close collaboration with country teams (e.g., sales, partnership, PMM, finance).
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with strong exposure to Qonto's top management.
- Opportunities to work on a variety of projects shaping a country's strategy, from market analysis to project coordination, that influences our operations across Europe.
- A pivotal role within the Strategy Team, consisting of 15 diverse professionals.
- Collaboration with a variety of international teams across Growth, Product, Tech, Finance, Compliance, Back office, and more.
- Before joining Qonto, Valentine worked in Strategy Consulting with a focus on Financial & Insurance Services. She also experienced various roles (Chief of Staff, Ops, Product) in a social startup over the last 2 years.
- Valentine brings her experience in both strategy & execution across different industries. She will support you to master your projects and continuously make you grow and learn.
- Experience: You have several years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or as a project manager in a startup (Experience in payments/Fintech is a plus).
- Analytical Mindset: You have an analytical spirit and have a good ability to structure, synthesize and formalize.
- Attention to Detail: You are meticulous in your approach, ensuring precision in both the execution and ongoing management of projects.
- Communication: You have outstanding verbal & written communication skills.
- Ownership: Assume full ownership of your projects, managing all aspects from planning through execution to ensuring successful delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Project Management: You have a proven ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional projects and break silos, demonstrating both leadership and team collaboration skills.

- Languages: Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in another European language (French, Italian, German, or Spanish) is a real plus.
