- Manage and respond to new project/client inquiries via email, phone, and website.
- Assist in the development and submission of proposals and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses.
- Manage client contracting in coordination with legal department.
- Interface with leadership, technical leads and subcontractors to support project work and continuously improve pre-engagement processes and workflows.
- Handle data entry and management in project management software.
- Maintain essential documentation for ISO accreditations.
- Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies.
- Undertake specialized projects and tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of work experience in an administrative or project coordinator role.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Project Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant.
- Adaptability in a dynamic, rapidly evolving company environment.
- Proficient in office administration, systems, and procedures.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and high-pressure situations effectively.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM or project management software (e.g. MS Dynamics 365).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
