• HR Operations role focused on managing Azambuja Logistic Center

• Talent Acquisition: Manage a team of local technicians, including a direct report specializing in recruitment support.
• People Development: Guarantee the timely completion of performance evaluations and address relevant HR matters in alignment with the overall company strategy.
• HR Operations: Ensure rigorous adherence to operational guidelines and protocols within the Center of expertise;
• Supervise the timekeeping process to ensure accurate recording of work hours.
• Oversee examination processes to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
• Legal, Union and Admin: Address any potential union-related matters and manage HR functions within the context of operational activities including Union management.
• H&S: Prioritize and oversee the implementation of comprehensive hygiene and safety measures.

• Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing, industry or logistics setting.
• Strong understanding of operational dynamics in an HR context.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively manage HR processes in a hands-on operational environment.
• Previous experience in dealing with union-related matters is a plus.
• Strong decision-making and positioning skills.
