This is a fantastic opportunity working for a well-established growing company based on the outskirts of Chester for a Business Development Executive. As a New Business Sales Executive and key member of a well organised and highly motivated team, you will be responsible for contacting new clients, running through the benefits of using the business services and products alike whilst maximising every given opportunity. The New Business Sales Executive will be joining a dedicated and motivated team and will be working within a well-known, recognised brand.
The New Business Sales Executive can also enjoy a very competitive commission structure with an OTE of £30,000 and the ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment. You will also be rewarded with additional holidays which are linked with length of service; attendance bonus; company bonus; social events; onsite parking.The working hours are 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday.

Cold calling potential customers
Qualifying new leads
Actively pursuing dormant prospects
Identifying opportunities by profiling potential clients using fact finding techniques
Establishing decision makers
Building and managing own pipeline
Communicating with Field Sales team
Enter and update leads and opportunities in the databaseEssential Skills:Proven experience in a telesales role
Being a hard worker, proactive and enthusiastic
Team worker in sales-oriented environment
Self-motivated, confident and capable of using their own initiative
Ability to identify and create opportunities
Excellent organisational and time management skills
An ability to speak to senior managers in large organisations to generate business leads and appointments
A willingness to make numerous calls with the resilience to cope with challenges and objections
