Position Overview: As an Czech-Speaking Customer Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers enjoy a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Provide on-site support to Czech-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, booking requests, and travel-related concerns. Communication: Leverage your fluent Czech language skills for effective, in-person communication, ensuring clarity and understanding. Issue Resolution: Promptly resolve customer concerns, aiming to exceed expectations and enhance their overall experience. Product Knowledge: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our travel products and services, offering accurate information and recommendations. Qualifications: Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken): Demonstrate your proficiency in Czech, ensuring effective communication with customers.
