• Development of Assets Management Framework for an organization
• Assets Management policy
• Development of Assets Management Strategy and objectives
• Development of Strategic Assets Management plan
• Ability to develop roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders in the assets management framework
• Develop Assets Management roadmap for the organization
• Assets Lifecycle information management strategy, governance and objectives

• Experience in assets capitalization policies and procedures as per International accounting standards.
• Enterprise Assets Management - Optimization experience
• Consulting on improvement on assets utilization for a variety of industries
• Ability to review of current system architecture and configuration of fixed assets in the ERP including COA and master data relating to fixed assets (FA) register
• Ability to perform a high-level gap analysis of FA Management processes in terms of critical processes and policies by analyzing available documents, information, data, and current IT architecture
• Experience in Regulatory assets valuation
• Experience in fixed assets componentization in various industries
• Planning and organizing physical verification
• Develop the requirements for physical verification including the development of templates for verification, reconciliation, reporting and preparation of fixed assets register
• Guidance and supervision of physical verification team
• Experience in various tagging methodology - RFID
• Experience in management reporting on fixed assets policies, gaps and reconciliation
• Prior experience in reconciliation projects especially in fixed assets against company financials
• Able to identify efficiency opportunities for the management and Identify Key inputs and outputs
• ISO 55000 and IAM required
• Experience in FA modules in various ERP systems. Example - Oracle, SAP preferrable
• Experience in various AMS systems - example - MAXIMO/GIS preferrable

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or accounting from a top business school
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant consulting experience, with last 5 years Big 4 or other large consulting / outsourcing firms) focusing on IBM Maximo, Fixed Asset, Oracle & SAP with Fixed Asset module experience

• Strong decision-maker with quick response time, and sound analytical and research
• Attention to detail and sufficient time management / multi-tasking
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills / Solutioning pricing and related skills
• Strong organization skills / program management / agile management
• Innovative, self-driven with a sense of ownership and ability to work independently
