- Immediate part-time temporary opportunity in the healthcare industry.

- Handling cash transactions and payments for trust accounts for a personal care home.
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants and family members.
- Following up on overdue balances.
- Processing trust accounts and balancing cash daily.
- Provide information about payables and payments for reporting purposes.
- Process cash receipts, and daily cash deposits, maintain the petty cash fund and cash float.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1-3 plus years of Accounts Receivable experience ideally from a personal care home setting or other health care environment would be considered an asset.
- Completion of post-secondary Accounting course.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with residents and family members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a heavy workload.
- A criminal record check is required.
