- Prepare regular reports for review & analysis;
- Maintain updated database & filing system;
- Organizing the meeting with internal team and external clients and appointments' schedule
- Support daily operation events and logistics processes
- Update financial invoices, payment records, purchase order and regular reports
- Provide all-round clerical and administrative support, eg. filing, scanning, distribution of documents, preparation of correspondences etc.
- Perform ad-hoc duties
- DSE/ HKCEE or above
- 2 years or above of administration experience
- Candidate with experience in Administrative or Operation & payment and invoice handling is an advantage
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Charts, Pivot Tables, common commands & functions), PowerPoint & Word
- Good communication and coordination skills on teamwork;
- Pleasant, excellent working attitude, a team player, ability to work independently and multi-tasks
- Fresh graduate will be considered
- Immediate available or short notice is preferred
- Chek Lap Kok/ Sha Tin
- 9am – 6pm, Mon-Fri
