  • Prepare regular reports for review & analysis;
  • Maintain updated database & filing system;
  • Organizing the meeting with internal team and external clients and appointments' schedule
  • Support daily operation events and logistics processes
  • Update financial invoices, payment records, purchase order and regular reports
  • Provide all-round clerical and administrative support, eg. filing, scanning, distribution of documents, preparation of correspondences etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties
Requirements
  • DSE/ HKCEE or above
  • 2 years or above of administration experience
  • Candidate with experience in Administrative or Operation & payment and invoice handling is an advantage
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Charts, Pivot Tables, common commands & functions), PowerPoint & Word
  • Good communication and coordination skills on teamwork;
  • Pleasant, excellent working attitude, a team player, ability to work independently and multi-tasks
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
  • Immediate available or short notice is preferred

  • Chek Lap Kok/ Sha Tin
Working Hour
  • 9am – 6pm, Mon-Fri
