This includes working on projects involving Manual Park Release, Active Damping Air Suspension, Switches, Sensors, Lighting, Seats, Outside Rearview Mirror, Power Hatch, Liftgate, Sunroof, and Power Top.The Engineer will have end to end ownership of their components and ensuring they meet vehicle functional objectives.Responsibilities also include:Component design, development, and packagingCollaboration with PDO and Sciences, Design Verification Plan & Report (DVPR) testingchange managementBill of material maintenancePrototype and production build supportIssues managementCAD model management in TeamcenterWeight reduction, cost reduction and other efficiency improvement initiativesCommunicating technical product status to managementSupporting vehicle assembly plants for any product technical issuesSupport service teams for any field warranty issues and help in root cause analysis of the failuresThe Engineer has also to work with the supplier to meet program and Electrical Development timing and deliverables.Requirements==>Mechatronics on: Manual Park Release, Active Damping Air Suspension, Swithches, Sensors, Lighting, Seats, Outside Rearview Mirror, Power Hatch, Liftgate, Sunroof, Power Top.Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and or MBAExperience/knowledge in Electrical Module Hardware and Software development.Release experience in both Mechanical and electrical componentsExperience with OEM or supplier design and releaseExperience with NX, Catia V5, and TeamcenterExperience with DFMEA, DVP&R creation and executionProficient in Excel, Word, Power Point.Create adn edit BoM'sExperience with compontent builds and executionExperience with production process feasibility and developement including mold flow analysis or other interior compontent manufacturing processes*** Preferred Qualifications:Master of Science in Engineering or BusinessExperience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and/or Reactive Shaining Problem SolvingIn plant launch experiencePreferiable HYBRID (QRO 3D-ONSITE)Intermediate - Advanced EnglishBenefits
