JUNIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER, POZNANRole overview:Reporting & Compliance Team is all about financial controlling & internal controls. The team is committed to secure accuracy, completeness & transparency of financial statements reported for Supply Chain & Commercial entities from Western Europe within established timelines. We are cooperating with various stakeholders taking into account finance & business processes impacting financial data, often deploying an end-to-end perspective.What you'll be doing:

supporting in assuring correct transactional data in SAP (check data, identify problems, conduct process improvement to overcome root causes);
conducting financial reporting to the Group;
taking part in the financial month-end closing process;
participating in continuous improvement initiatives, new technology rollouts, and process design activities;
preparation of management reporting for local management;
participation in financial planning process;
providing the team's collective knowledge through preparing and updating process documentation and tracking progress of relevant projects and initiatives.

What we're looking for:

2+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting area;
Someone who has worked in, and enjoys working in a diverse, international environment;
Someone who has an excellent proficiency in written and spoken English;
Navigating easily in Office365 environment and has an advanced hands-on knowledge of MS Excel;
Experience with SAP, BI and HFM (will be an asset);
Someone who is a person who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for himself / herself;
Someone who likes to analyze and cares about the growth of the business and their people and is ready to go 'the extra mile' to deliver and track the results;
Someone who quickly moves ideas to action, completes plans and projects with quality and speed and, in the process, drives the company's agenda.
