HR Executive

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.

• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate’s qualifications, coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring positive candidate experience while evaluating candidates against job requirements and cultural fit.

• Foster positive employee relations and serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.

• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with the development of HR policies and procedures.

• Coordinate and conduct employee training and development initiatives.

• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates

• Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.

• Implement and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.

• Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.

• This position is for the Nagpur office, candidates willing to relocate to Nagpur may only apply.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field but if you are a great problem solver, a dropout is also welcome.

• Proven experience in human resources, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role in an IT/ITES/Startup would be preferred.

• Solid understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, assessment tools, HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

• Proficiency in MS Suite.
