You will be based at the Guist/Gately outdoor breeding unit, working in a dynamic and challenging environment. This role also provides the chance to lead the team in the manager's absence, contributing to the growth and success of our outdoor herd.Job description:
Feeding sows
Strawing up huts
Moving sows
Weaning piglets
Fallen stock removal
Artificial insemination
Identification of illness
Administering vaccinations and medicine
Practicing good biosecurity
Accurate record keeping
Using machinery and equipment
Working outdoors in all weather
