- You will own reporting - Establish and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards utilising SQL, Looker, Amplitude, Excel, etc., to evaluate KPIs, product performance, and business trends.
- You will identify and assess KPIs - Collaborate with teams and senior leaders to pinpoint and evaluate key performance indicators, offering proactive recommendations to enhance business outcomes.
- You will be responsible for making data accessible to internal and external stakeholders in an understandable format. This includes designing and creating appropriate ETL processes and collaborating with Data Engineering teams for implementation.
- You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth and Customer Success teams to help prioritise new products and features with the aim of constantly improving the customer experience.
- Expert Analytical Skills: You have mastery over tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, and SQL for data extraction and analysis. Your advanced SQL skills and understanding of database architectures are crucial.
- You have worked within Business Intelligence or Analytics teams, with extensive experience in tracking business performance, setting KPIs, and utilising Conversion Optimization platforms and methodologies.
- A comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels and their role in driving traffic and conversions enhances your ability to optimise across the board.
- Strategic Mindset: You are adept at formulating CRO strategies that are tightly aligned with business objectives.
- Innovative Testing Initiatives: You have a proven track record in designing and leading successful A/B and multivariate tests, using a creative approach to experimentation and problem solving.
- Leadership and Collaboration: with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and web development, to implement optimization strategies
- Effective Communication: Your ability to communicate complex data and insights in a clear, persuasive manner engages stakeholders and drives collective action towards common goals.
- You have good stakeholder management skills across a variety of different levels of seniority. You are able to prioritise a long list of requests into a work plan and manage expectations accordingly
- You have a team-centric outlook, your work is part of the team’s overall plan. You are happy to contribute on individual projects or support others with theirs
