Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Contracted hours: Full time
Contract Type: PermanentIt is a requirement that all candidates have a valid NMC pin and are eligible to work in the UKKPI Care are currently looking for a dedicated Registered Home Manager to join a wonderful team based in Bradwell on a permanent basis.Your responsibilities as a Registered Home Manager will include:As a Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a fantastic home that provides general nursing, residential, dementia, respite, and palliative care. You will be fully supported by the Deputy Manager, promoting dignity, respect, and independence to all residents.You will be able to use excellent communication skills, as well as being able to work with empathy and compassion towards residents, families, and your team. You will be part of a team that prides itself on excellence and promoting independence as much as possible to residents.What KPI Care are looking for:
  • NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA or Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD and ideally have completed or are currently completing a recognised management qualification such as Diploma Level 5/The Registered Managers Award
  • Have experience working in the health care sector at home management level
  • Be able to lead a team to provide a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for both residents and their relatives
  • From a strong background in elderly and dementia care, with experience as CQC Registered Manager.
  • Able to effectively manage a team to provide the highest or care to our residents, budgets and resources, ensuring a cost effective service that doesn’t compromise on quality
  • Able to lead, develop and inspire both clinical and non-clinical teams
